Lex and Adre
Bella and momma
Nana has the boys tucked away trying to get them to open some gifts. It took them awhile to warm up.
Bella wanting momma to help open her gift.
Anastasia is sooo excited. I just love this age, Christmas is so magical and perfect!
Wallah, we got it. And it's the neatest music box; the old fashion twist turn knob makes the screen scroll thru images while it plays music. As a side note, I thought I would like this one a lot because it didn't have any batteries. Well, after turning that knob 50 some odd times that first day alone, I was trying to figure out how to rig up some batteries for it. lol.I wish I'd gotten a better pic of this one, Lex got a t-shirt with a real guitar on it.
I love that smile (and dimples)! I don't get to enjoy it as much anymore since he got braces. Which, by the way, he is scheduled to get OFF this May. Woot, woot.
I don't even know what he got here, but Adre is pretty excited about it.
The girls helping momma open her gift from the big boys.
How sweet is that? Adre made this out of legos! I was planning to put it on my bedside table, however, he is current;u using it to hold up sections of his marble track. hehe
Anastasia got a Buzz! Oh boy, does she love Toy Story.Allee opening her purple Care Bear. Each of the girls got one in their 'color', Allee is purple, Bella is pink and Anastasia is orange. And the neatest thing is two of them actually communicate with each other, I think they are called 'play along' Care Bears.
Isn't that smile adorable. Seeing such huge smiles on the children's faces makes it all worth it.
Adre got the Just Dance 3 game he wanted.
And Lex got a whole box of white fudge covered oreos that he wanted. Doesn't that smile say pure joy?
A snow ball maker/tosser and snow block mold.
And what would be one snow ball tosser without another?
Oh boy, what an amazing gift from Nana. A dress-up dress and lots of jewelry. Ooohhh, awesome! The boys were still having a hard time, but did eventually warm up and get into it.
Mrs Becky took them aside and opened some gifts (with the girls help of course).
Aiden was adorable with a red box
Oh yes I did! Right then and there, in the midst of the chaos of opening gifts, those 2 little girls had me paint their finger nails as soon as they opened their new bottles. oh, they sure are girlie girls!
This is my gift from Lex, I just loved how he decorated the box. He actually cut holes and had the ribbon coming out, very original.A new necklace!
Anastasia with Mommy Carrie
I got to wear Allee's tiarawhile Bella tried hers on.
The boys are finally starting to get into the spirit of opening gifts
While the girls are trying out every new toy they get
the boys are slowly, very slowly opening their presentsAnastasia got a Barbie from Aunt Darla
Mr & Mrs Potato Head!!!! from Nana. They love them!
This gift is from Daddy and needs some explaining. A month or so ago the big boys were throwing a big bouncy ball in the house and broke a couple light covers on a chandelier. More so to teach them a lesson (since they are not suppose to be throwing any balls in the house), he took all their money away to pay to replace the broken pieces. Mind you, this was right after their birthday so it did include ALL their money received for their birthday, plus what they had been saving. So, after donating half then having to pay for the broken chandelier, they ended up with NO money. Well, Dad figured they had learned their lesson, cause I honestly have not seen even one ball get bounced in the house since, he wrapped their money in a card and gave it to them for Christmas. Awe, so sweet!
I just love the look on Lex's face! Well, see he has a money collection; he has collected one of every bill from a one to a hundred (actually the $100 he won in a spelling bee in kindergarten). So he was very excited to get his collection back! Each of the boys got a plush Woody.
And daddy got a shop vac!
They are getting buried.....
ooohhh, butterfly wings!Daddy got me the perfect sweatshirt! I'll be sporting my school spirit in style this year at the football games.
More toys!
Let me explain..... It is what you think, it is cactus leaves and yes, it is my Christmas present. I just LOVE cactus juice. And since we just got home from vaca in Mexico where I drank it every morning, I've really been craving it. And since I can't get any cactus in my small town, my sweet hubby (and boys) drove over an hour to buy me some and wrapped it for Christmas. Such sweetness!
Mr Randall looks like he is enjoying watching the little squad as much as they are enjoying opening all their presents.Adre saved his biggest for last!
And was not disappointed!
