Christmas Day 2011

Following such a late night Christmas Eve, everyone slept in on Christmas morning. Then spent the entire day playing with all their new toys. We stay in PJs all day and just lounge around.
We did save a few things to open Christmas morning tho. Adre gathers everyone to open a present to 'the little squad' from Santa...

What is it? What is it?... as the excitement grows...

Now this may be more of a gift for me, rather than them, but I let them open it anyway. hehehe I gave the little squad a jewelry box stuffed full of rings, bracelets and necklaces. I searched all the local thrift stores for all the best costume jewelry and they are having a blast with it all. I leave it on my vanity and as I'm trying to get ready on weekend mornings, I just hand over this trinket box and it keeps them busy long enough for me to get ready. Awesome!

After a morning of playing hard, we all sit down to enjoy a Christmas Dinner (or 'lunner' as my big boys call it, which just means a meal between lunch time and dinner time, similar to a brunch. lol)

Later that evening... my 3 butterflies!

and the big boys set up a huge marble track and of course the littles couldn't resist.
